Your Idaho Homecoming is a real estate marketing brand of Drew Matich, an Idaho-licensed real estate agent affiliated with Homes of Idaho. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with youridahohomecoming.com (the "Site"), and what happens when you follow links to related third-party services.

1. Who We Are

References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Drew Matich in connection with the Your Idaho Homecoming website and real estate services through Homes of Idaho.

2. Information We Collect

Information you submit. If you contact us through a form or by email, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message. Inquiries received directly may be entered into the BoldTrail customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Property searches through BoldTrail. The Site links to property searches that open on a separate BoldTrail-powered website. Visitors may browse a limited number of listings before being asked to register. When you register there, information you submit and associated property-search activity may be recorded in BoldTrail and made available to Drew Matich for follow-up related to your home search. The BoldTrail-powered website has its own applicable privacy disclosures and terms.

Relocation Guide. A link from this Site may direct you to a separately operated registration page for the Relocation Guide. Information you provide there is transmitted through Zapier to the BoldTrail CRM, subject also to the third-party page's disclosures and practices.

Website operation. The Site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may process technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device information, and site activity in connection with hosting, security, essential features, and its built-in site analytics. We have not intentionally installed separate Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook advertising pixels on the Site as of the effective date above.

Please do not send financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through general inquiry forms.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to your questions and requests for property or relocation information.
  • Maintain contact records and communicate with you about a requested home search or real estate services.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and brokerage recordkeeping obligations.

We do not currently operate an automated email marketing sequence triggered by registration through the linked BoldTrail property searches. If our marketing practices change, we will update this policy as appropriate. We do not sell contact lists or leads to unrelated businesses.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Squarespace and services used to operate the Site may use cookies or similar technologies for website functionality, security, and built-in analytics. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, although some site features may not work as intended. When you follow a link to BoldTrail or a Relocation Guide registration page, those sites may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their own policies.

5. Service Providers and Third-Party Websites

We use Squarespace for website hosting, BoldTrail to manage real estate leads and property-search activity, and Zapier to transfer Relocation Guide registrations to BoldTrail. We may share relevant information with Homes of Idaho for brokerage operations, transaction-related matters, and compliance. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. Each third-party service has its own applicable privacy practices and contractual responsibilities.

6. Property Listing Information

The Site links to property-search pages hosted separately through BoldTrail. Listings displayed there come from real estate data sources and may change without notice. Accuracy, availability, status, and other listing details should be independently verified. The linked property-search service may display additional MLS attribution, usage restrictions, and disclaimers.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and contact records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide real estate services, and satisfy applicable brokerage, legal, or regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Some records may need to be retained even after a request for deletion.

8. Your Choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you, request information about personal details we hold, or request correction or deletion where feasible and consistent with applicable obligations. To make a request, use the contact information below. If you receive a marketing email from us in the future, you may use its unsubscribe instructions. You may also control cookies through your browser. Rights provided by applicable state privacy laws, where they apply, are not limited by this policy.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled in connection with the Site and our business. No online service or method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
